We were charged with producing a level of sophistication and style. We took a fresh approach to location & lifestyle photography/video by filming models in the studio but then projecting interesting Doncaster related footage onto them to bring to life the activities available to a purchaser in Doncaster. Every day activities have never looked so cool.

This approach added to Pearl’s positioning as a fashion conscious, dynamic residential opportunity and results have been positive, with extremely strong sales results being recorded in the first few weeks of the campaign.
